A Romanian citizen was shot to death and other two were injured in a gun fight on Wednesday night in Rome, news agencies and TV stations report. According to the Italian police, the incident may be an account settling between rival gangs. Eye witness say that the attackers fled the massacre scene.

The Italian police, allerted by an 112 call, discovered the body of a youngster, around 20 years old, killed by a bullet aimed at his temple.

According to the Italian media, the three Romanians were stopped near a market around the Nomentana subway station by a group of men who opened fire.

The two surviving victims are in critical shape due to severe injuries to iternal organs.
