A new fire ignited in Ukraine, in the same place where a train transporting 150 tons of phosphorus derailed at the middle of July, Earth Times informs, quoted by Interfax.

The Government in Kiev promised the spot was well cleaned. 140 people were hospitalized and other 2,000 were evacuated after the accident on July 16 because of the toxic smoke formed by the contact between phosphorus and oxygen.
