The latest National Statistics Institute shows that the average income in Romania grew 1.1% during the past month and 22.5%, compared to July 2006. Best earnings are in the area of financial intermediate operations (3,509 Ron / 1.100 euros) while the lowest are in wood exploitation (596 RON).
Meanwhile, the industrial production decreased 2.7% compared to June 2007. Despite this, the total industrial production is 4.6% larger than in June 2006 and 6.1% larger when comparing the first quarters year over year.
