The wave of extreme temperatures ends on Tuesday, at least until August, weather specialists say. The red code for Bucharest and five other counties turned orange, while the general orange code fell to only six counties and only until Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Institute (ANM), the extreme emergency measures end on Wednesday, but storms are about to spread through the country. ANM informs that the weather on Wednesday and Thursday will be defined by string wind, lightning, local heavy rains and hail.
