Hard rock innovator Alice Cooper offered an exclusive interview for Cristi Stanciu, host of a popular local radio show, who also posted it on Mihai Morar's Hotnews.ro blog.

Alice Cooper will rock the stage on Sunday in Bucharest's B'Estival, singing for the first time in the same concert as Marilyn Manson.

After discussing Alice Cooper's DJ show, "Nights with Alice", where rare recordings and stories never heard before find their home, as well as the expectations for the Sunday festival, the interview also announces in premiere the soon-to-come release of Alice Cooper's next album, "Along came the spider".

As for the long-known rivalry with Manson, Alice Cooper declared: "We invented the shock on stage. Manson re-invented it for another generation. Despite all similarities, our music doesn't have that much in common: he's more industrial, we're rather in the classic hard rock".
