"Beside the fact that he doesn't master the diplomatic behavior rules, he is not even able to participate in a dialogue in English, even less in a diplomatic jargon, proving in fact that he doesn't know the rules of the common sense", says Daniel Buda.
The Foreign Ministry responded that the media was the one to misinterpret the meeting.
