Social Democrat Party head, Mircea Geoana, as well as the president of the National Initiative Party (PIN), Mircea Geoana, publicly declared that they voted in favor of the president's removal from the office.
Political propaganda is forbidden by all laws during the scrutiny day and, although their statements can't be considered as an influence attempt, it is still a critical gesture, since the statements were made in voting stations.
"All those who had enough with all the scandals and chaos, all of us who want to live as Europeans, will vote like me and my colleagues, saying "yes" at the referendum", said Mircea Geoana.
