The Superior Magistrature Council decided on Wednesday to postpone any decision on the replacement of Doru Tulus, head of department in the National Anti Corruption Prosecution Office (DNA), unless until the controls over the DNA activity are over.

The revoking of Doru Tulus was demanded on May 8 by the Justice Minister, Tudor Chiuariu, who thus stirred a huge and still ongoing scandal about the interference between politics and Justice processes.

The postponing was demanded by the same Justice Minister, the same who blamed Tulus for poor management, lack of managerial skills and behavior and communication repeated mishaps.
