The members of the new Government sworn in on Thursday evening in front of President Basescu. The head of state wished all the luck to the new ministers, a step back after Wednesday's comment, that "the new cabinet looks like a company board".
Basescu added that he will continue to be an active president and asked the ministers to put an end to the ongoing disasters in Energy and Health.
Still, Basescu left without clinking the usual glass of champagne.
The Economy and the Finance Ministry were joined in one, while the SMEs Ministry (Small and Medium Enterprises) took over attributions in Commerce and Tourism.
