EMI Deutschland GmbH, a company affiliated to ARBOmedia, took over 51% of the stock at the Viata Libera SA Galati company, editor of the local daily “Viata Libera” (Free Life). The move continues the company development plan, EMI already holding other five local daily newspapers.
“Viata Libera Galati is one of the most important centers of the network EMI developed until now. The South-Eastern network is thus consolidated and new titles may also emerge, into continuing this policy", says EMI Deutschland's representative in Romania, Silviu Ispas.
EMI's target is to hold participations in local newspapers in 20 counties.
