Romanian President Traian Basescu considers that the UN Security Council should quickly adopt a solution to put an end to the insecurity in the Mideast area. “We recognise Israel’s right to security but a humanitarian crisis is generated", Basescu said on Thursday evening.
The Romanian president Traian Basescu said that the operation of Romanians’ repatriation would go on, as 200 more citizens requested to return home.
President Basescu announced all Romanian citizens in Lebanon to go the Romanian Embassy on Thursday morning at 6 am before another convoy returns to Romania.
