The authority fighting the avian flue announced that 29 bird flu hotbeds are still to be extinguished in the counties of Brasov, Bacau, Buzau, Prahova, Arges, Ilfov, Ialomita, Giurgiu and Harghita, following the closing down of 14 hotbeds in the counties of Neamt, Mures, Alba, Iasi and Prahova.
The authorities remain vigillant, while the Institute of Animal Health the vets continue to make lab analyses of the samples received from the local level.The National Veterinary Authority displays information on its site regarding the prevention of avian flue.
