Anchor Group, the company owning the Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania shopping centers in the Romanian capital, along with Summa, the international construction company, announced on Monday they have concluded a partnership for the construction of two residential complexes in downtown Bucharest. The total value of the investment will rise to 80 million euro.

The first of the two projects is placed on the Dudesti Avenue and will provide 500 apartments, while the second is situated in the Floreasca area and will provide 280 apartments. The projects will be officially launched in September, where sales of the future residential areas will also start.

The Dudesti complex is called InCity Residences and will be formed of four 17-storey buildings. The other will be known as Emerald Residences and be a combination of apartments, villas and penthouses.
