Two real estate companies announced on Thursday the start of construction works at a new residential complex in Bucharest with a total investment of 60 million euro. Adama Holding Ltd and Future Group announced the new Edenia complex would include seven buildings with a total of 800 apartments and will cover a surface of 65,000 square meters in the eastern quarter of Titan.

The works will start this week and are planned to conclude in 18 to 21 months.

Adama Holding head David Flusberg says his company brings to Romania the most advanced construction works system and implements the most modern methods to create leading standards for the real estate market in Romania.

Adama Holding is a Bucharest-based real estate investment company owned by a group of US investors including private investors and investment funds. Future Group operates on the Romanian real estate market since 1991 as the first private sector investor in the field in Bucharest.
