Anchor Group is to construct one of the biggest deluxe office buildings in Bucharest, Anchor Plaza, of 33,000 sqm total surface, and made of three blocks of 13 stories, fully equipped withTV and phone cables, internet, surveillance circuit, parking. The investment amounts to approx. 25 mln Euros. The project is designed by B Design Architecture.
The construction started in July 2005, and is expected to be finalized in October 2006. The building will provide high quality infrastructure for the office activities, and presents another advantage by its position next to the commercial mall Plaza Romania.
