Over 30 companies will represent Romania at the 11th edition of the International Fair for industrial technology Hannover Messe – 2006, hosted by the German city of Hanover on April 24-28, according to a Romanian Economy Ministry press release.
24 industrial machine producers and 8 electronic and electrotechnic appliance makers represent Romania, nine more than the country’s participation at the same event last year, when 25 companies concluded export deals worth 40 million euro.
The event hosts seven specialized fairs and 5175 exhibitors brought together on 5,000 square meters. The Romanian participation is coordinated by the Foreign Trade Department in collaboration with the Romanian Center for Trade Promotion and an employers’ federation.
