Mark A. Meyer, Esq., has been named to the panel of the Romanian Court of International Commercial Arbitration in Bucharest. Established in 1953 by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, the Court settles international and domestic commercial disputes.
Mr Meyer is also a member of the Panel of International Arbitrators of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution SM (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association.
The announcement was made in New York by Dr. Victor Babiuc, President of the Court, and a former Romanian Minister of Justice, Defense and the Interior.
