Over 35 real estate companies and banks will present some 60 residential projects registering 8420 apartments, 1240 villas, 360 holiday houses, 250 Bulgarian apartments and 150 in Egypt at the National Estate Fair (tIMOn) on February 20-24, event organizer Admedia Consulta officials announced on Monday.

Thus, the cheapest house presented is a studio in a luxurious Egyptian resort, on sale for 15,000 euro, while in Bucharest the cheapest studio is 47,169 euro. tIMOn Director Vlad Vlasceanu told HotNews.ro that the Egyptian studios are placed in Hurghada, a luxurious resort at the seaside.

The spring edition of the real estate fair is organized by Admedia Consulta and will hold three different expositions, presenting some 150 residential projects. Some 25,000 apartments, 1,500 villas and over 1,500 holiday houses will be available for purchase.

The cheapest villa promoted at tIMOn is valued at 160,000 euro, while the most expensive is on sale for 650,000 euro.
