Traffic in Bucharest is once again brought almost to a halt due to broken traffic lights and road improvement works. Most crowded squares and roads in downtown Bucharest on Tuesday morning were Bucur Obor, Colentina, Calea Mosilor, Stefan cel Mare, Romana square, traffic officer representative Elena Stanciu told HotNews.ro.

Traffic lights are still broken just like yesterday even though local authorities have seen the chaos created by their malfunction. Currently there are some 120 police officers in key locations, as compared to 1,300 officers present on the streets during the NATO Summit.
