The German construction company Goldbeck, contracted to build the Nokia factory in Romania was forced to replace its Romanian workers with others from Hungary, Slovakia and Poland due to their lack of professionalism, Finnish daily Helsingin Sanomat reads. Goldbeck has its headquarters close to Bochum, where Nokia's last factory was located.

Very few Romanian workers are now working at the Romanian factory site. On Friday, works there were interrupted after several Hungarian workers left the site because they had no water needed for their work.
