Romania's economy is fine, Economy Minister Varujan Vosganian said after a meeting of his party in Brasov last weekend. He rejected all critics that argue the contrary, adding that the Liberal party rejected all claims arguing that the Romanian economy was approaching a collapse.

The Liberal minister declared that Romania's economy has registered positive tendencies and appreciated that there is no need for budget changes. Moreover, he confirmed that the party has approved a resolution to support less bureaucracy and taxation.

Vosganian said that the document contained a series of measures that are meant to simplify the requirements needed to permit the authorization of individual entrepreneurs.
