Young Romanians would rather work for a Romanian company than in an international corporation, a Bank Austria study shows. This is not only valid for Romania but for most youngsters in the region. 34% of Romanians would like to work for a local company while 19% plan to work in an international corporation.

At the level of the region, 46% of Russians, 48% of Slovenians and 43% of Bulgarians would rather prefer local companies in the detriment of international corporations. In Poland and Slovakia however, the interest for international companies is very high. Thus, 39% of the young Polish would like to work in a corporation.
