Asseco, the biggest Polish IT group is interested to buy Siveco Romania and already started negotiating a deal, the Warsaw Business Journal reads quoting Puls Biznesu. Romanian company representatives did not confirm nor denied the information when contacted by HotNews.ro.
Asseco Poland President Adam Goral declared that Siveco is great company and Asseco considers taking it over in its expansion plan for the region. A polish analyst declares that the acquisition would be quite costly for Asseco but he adds that it is worth the shot.
