The Swiss group Goldbach Media, specialized in private electronic, interactive and mobile media took over the German group ARBOmedia, a company strongly present on the Romanian market, a press release remitted to HotNews.ro informs. Goldbach Media took over 72.7% of ARBOmedia and announces rapid growth plans for Central and Eastern Europe.
According to the press release, GMG, listed at the Swiss Exchange and active in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia plans to offer a takeover strategy for all shareholders of ARBOmedia, at 9.8 euro/share.
According to the document, ARBOmedia's print activities in Romania do not match the GMG portfolio. Therefore, in 2 years, several solutions will be found to deal with these units. Some solutions include a partnership with specialized companies or even cooperation agreements.
