Czech car dealer AAA Auto plans to sell 49% of its subsidiary in Romania to a local company, a move aimed at procuring better quality used cars with a known history of use - which is the main difficulty facing the Czech company in Romania, according to stiriauto.ro.

AAA Auto announced its board analyzed the financial and business results in Romania and was informed about a plan to relaunch its activities. According to the company, a final decision on its strategy in Romania would be made in June next year.

The report comes as Romanian media has been insisting that AAA Auto was considering withdrawing from Romania and Poland.
