Financial expert: Banks will not spare those who signed contracts with variable interest rates

Cristian Sima, president of World Brokerage Services, considers that the natural persons who signed credit contracts with variable interest rates will suffer during the following period, because of the lack of cash crisis generated by the global financial conjecture.

"The banks won't spare those who signed for credits with variable interest", said Sima for Realitatea TV.

The long-term intervention of the Romanian Central Bank (BNR) is also far from representing a solution, he says: "In case the Central Bank will continue to sell Euros, we will be happy with a strong national currency, but we shall enter another spiral, much more dangerous - the interest rates, in which case commercial companies will no longer be able to get credits".
