Romania's Central Bank governor, Mugur Isarescu declared that banks will unlock credit lines in spring, adding that the economic crisis might have a positive affect, Romanian news agency NewsIn informs. He explained that if credits would have continued to increase at the same rate, Romania would have sunk in debts in two years.

Isarescu declared that Romania is still marked by an unexpected blockage of credits which, most likely will redress in the spring. He added that he does not blame the banks for this and that they will reach a floating line by spring.

Romania needs an equilibrium in addressing all problems related to the economic crisis, Isarescu said.
