Romanian international football player Adrian Mutu, ex-Chelsea, will find out on Friday the result in the case of the memorandum submitted with the Sport Referee Tribunal (TAS) in Lausanne regarding FIFA's decision to compel him to pay over 17 million euros to Chelsea football club in London.

Mutu was tested positive for cocaine in 2004. He was leave Chelsea. The English federation suspended him for six months. Chelsea representative said this scandal costed them 13 million pounds and they requested for Adrian Mutu to pay up 17,173.990 euros.

On May 7 2008 FIFA decided to have Mutu pay Chelsea the money, but the Romanian football player resorted to TAS to cancel FIFA's decision. TAS is set to rule out the verdict on Friday, 11:30 (the local time).
