RBS Romania executive director Peter Weiss has finished his four-year mandate at the bank's leadership. He will take a similar role with an RBS subsidiary in Greece, a press report informs. Weiss is to be replaced by Johan Gabriels, after Romania's Central bank (BNR) will approve it.

Peter Weiss has been active in Romania since 2005. He led business relationships with international customers, corporations and regular persons. When he came to Romania, he had already 20 years of experience.

Peter Weiss previously held financial and general management positions, both in the financial/banking system and in retail. He worked in several countries and organisations, like rthur Andersen, Mars (Nederland, Russia, France), PepsiCo (France, Italy, and Spain), CapitalOne (U.S., Great Britain) and also RBS.
