Sagit Tzur Lahav was diary products company Tnuva Romania Marketing vice-president for four years. She took over the operational leadership for McCann Erickson Romania, becoming Chief Operating Officer starting mid-September, the company announced on Thursday.

Before Tnuva Romania, she had been working for Tnuva Israel since 1997. She announced this spring she was to leave her Tnuva role.

In a press report, McCann Erickson Romania managing director Bogdan Enoiu states:

• "We're now in complete formation: I will continue to lead the agency, helped by Sagit on the operational side, by Adrian Botan on creation and by Mihai Trandafir on the media side. With Silviu Sefer working on experimental marketing, Bogdana Butnar on interactive and Imola Zoltan on PR, we run a solid communication group that delivers integrated communication services at the highest standards. Sagit's role will be to facilitate and create strong synergies between the group's departments and companies."

Tnuva and McCann Erickson won gold last year at Effie - a festival awarding efficiency in Romanian advertising - for the campaign launching Tnuva brand in Romania.
