Bucharest court compelled the Economy ministry to offer Greenpeace the list with the 100 locations considered for the construction of the second nuclear plant in Romania, an official press release of the organization reads.

The Economy ministry will be compelled to pay moral damages worth 1 Ron for its refusal to offer free access to information and another 100 Ron/day for each delay. Greenpeace requested the Economy ministry the list of the locations considered for the construction of the new nuclear plant in Romania.

The Economy ministry failed to answer to the request and was sued by the organization. The refusal of the Economy ministry breaches Romania's Constitution, Greenpeace reads in the official press release.
