Ford produced 300 cars last year at Craiova / Export destinations count Great Britain and Germany

Ford produced last year, in Craiova, Romania about 300 Transit Connect cars and in the four months of production few cars reached the Romanian market. Most cars were exported to Great Britain, Germany, Italy or Bulgaria, company representatives declared for HotNews.ro.

Ford started its production at Craiova in September and the first cars reached the dealers in November. The company produced last year 300 units and representatives declared that they were within target.

The factory will produce up to 300,000 units next year. Ford obtained a 400 million euro loan from the European Investments Bank which it will use for the new car this year.
