The Romanian minister for the relations with the Parliament claims it is possible that a European Commission report on Romanian Justice be postponed for September, according to Romanian news agency Newsin. Minister Victor Ponta said the information was provided by the Justice minister, but that a confirmation was still expected from the EC.
He said that the date when the Government would take responsibility for new penal and civil codes was to be discussed as the European Commission report on Justice "would not be (published) in July, but in September" according to information passed by the Justice minister.
