Most of the Romanian ministries are to receive more money from the state budget than in 2009. Important departments, for example Transport Ministry, Finance and Development ministries will have some of the most significant shares. But the biggest state-sponsored budget is allocated to the Work Ministry, namely 24.14 billion lei, in contrast to its 2009 percentage - 22.9 billion lei.

The Education, Research, Youth and Sport Ministry has received a total sum of 14.5 billion lei. In 2009, Education got 10.9 billions, while the Youth and Sport Ministry had 475 million lei. According to Education minister Daniel Funeriu, Education gets 6% of the GDP. But his maths doesn't match the budget draft data. Plus, the unions claim that the state budget is low. The Teaching Federation of Free Unions (FSLI) leader Aurel Cornea stated that the budget allocated for investments in education is 69% poorer.

A consistent budget will be enjoyed by the Administration and Interior Ministry, which will get 10.6 billion lei, compared to its 2009 budget - 9.5 billion lei. For some credit receivers enjoy generous budgets. For example the Constitutional Court: its budget is 59% bigger than in 2009, namely 16.9 million lei. The Government's General Secretary will also enjoy a bigger budget chunk: from 471.1 thousands lei in 2009 to 959 thousands lei in 2010. The Presidential Administration was not excluded either from a boost in funds: 40.6 million lei, compared with 38.9 million lei in 2009.

The Transport and Infrastructure Ministry will also get an important share, but smaller than in 2009. Its total budget for the year to come is 10.8 billion lei, against 11.1 billion lei in 2009. A cut in budget will also bee seen by the Regional development and Tourism Ministry, portfolio handled by Elena Udrea. She will manage a budget worth of 2.6 billion lei. In 2009, the Regional Development Ministry got 3.2 billion lei. The Finance Ministry will also get a lower budget - from 2.9 billion lei in 2009 to 2.2 billion lei. The Economy Minister will not join the club, getting two billion lei, in contrast 1.5 billions, its 2009 budget.
