The Romanian High Court of Justice postponed until March 10 on Thursday a verdict for the case in which influential businessman-politician Dan Voiculescu challenged a previous court decision that he collaborated with the Ceausescu-era political police, the Securitate, news agency Agerpres reports.

The decision was made as Voiculescu, founder of the Conservative Party, submitted a series of documents on Thursday tu support his appeal to the previous court decision.

The Bucharest Appeals Court rejected on February 5, 2010 Voiculescu's challenge of a 2006 decision by the National Council for the Study of Securitate Archives that found him to have collaborated with the Communist political police.
