The opposition sold itself cheaper at the debate on the 2011 law on budget: they allowed the budget to be approved after they received their share of the money allocated to rehabilitate county roads in 2011. The first BlackBerry and IPads made in Romania are launched this week. Last but not least, Romania's national handball team conquered the bronze at the European Championship.

Evenimentul Zilei reads that the Opposition allowed the approval of the 2011 law on budget after they received their share of the money allocated to rehabilitate county roads in 2011. The state budget and the social insurance budget for 2011 were approved yesterday in the specialized committees of the Parliament.

The draft budget will be debated in the Parliament, when the other 11,400 amendments submitted by the Opposition will also be discussed. The version was the one advanced by the government, except four points negotiated by the Opposition with members of the government.

The government gave in to the opposition's request to supplement the budget of the higher court of justice by 52 million lei, 10 from the budget law and 42 at the first budgetary modification.

The second sees the introduction of the possibility that starting January 1, 2011 small and medium enterprises can opt for a 3% tax of its profits. The most important were those regarding money for county roads and the allocation of sums in the rural infrastructure development program.

Gandul introduces the new Romanian made “Blackberrys” and “Ipads”: with the telephone costing 519 lei and the PC tablet 899 lei, including VAT. These are the creations of a company in Brasov, working under its own brand, Allview that also produced dual SIM telephones, GPS devices or LCDs.

The Romanian "Ipad" is called PC Allview AllDro that operates on Google Android 2.1, with a 7 inch screen, WiFI, 2 GB memory expandable to 32, USB port, office and communications applications like facebook, PushMail, ebook, e-buddy, office etc.

The Romanian "Blackberry" will be the first dual SIM 3G Qwerty phone. Has a TFT 2.4 inch screen, Qwerty pad, 3G, WIFI, GPRS EDGE and Bluetooth connections. The company's owner is Lucian Peticila, a 41 year old man from Brasov.

He declared for the newspaper that he is convinced that Allview can integrate itself on the Romanian market in competing with foreign giants. What the foreigners do does not address the Romanian market while Allview is exclusively targeted on that. This is an advantage for the Romanian company, that it is more adapted to the needs of the Romanian market, using software and services that add value to the products.

The telephone parts are made in Taiwan, by the same suppliers LG and Samsung use, the owner said but confessed that if he would find the suppliers in Romania, he would shift his suppliers in a second.

Romania libera reads about the bronze medal conquered by Romania's national handball team at the European Championship that took place in Norway and Denmark and thus qualified for the World Championship.
It was the first time Romania won a small final and also the best European result of the national team.
