Even though Ireland registered the highest economic growth in the EU, the international real estate crisis seems on the verge of affecting Ireland's constructions sector as well. Last year alone, some negative reports sprang out and workers in the sector were alerted. Romanian workers present in the metropolitan area of Dublin will also be affected if a crisis installs, says the HotNews.ro correspondent there, Cristian Roman.

The impressive boom in the real estate sector started some 18 years ago, an official report of the Irish government informs. However, last year the sector witnessed instability for the first time and it kept deepening ever since. This decline is assumed by the government but in terms of market decrease. However, local authorities are still at peace since Ireland registers the best scores in Europe.

The real estate sector in Ireland looks a lot like the Romanian one since prices skyrocketed over the past 10 years. However, whether Romania will also be affected by the crisis or not it is still to be determined.
