Air travel companies will be obligated to include all taxes passengers have to pay in the ticket price, a new regulation approved on Tuesday by the European Parliament stipulates. The new regulation was partially designed to put an end to the false advertising and to allow customer to fairly compare prices.

Regardless of all the services offered by a company, including those via-Internet, the published price must include all taxes, from airport tax to supplementary fuel charges, security taxes and any other costs that may add to the price of a ticket.

The new regulations also forbid the price discrimination between passengers based on their residences.
