The Bulgarian mob networks, where some Romanians and Ukrainians activate control the security of most of the clubs in Madrid by imposing their own people as guards of the clubs to be able to spread their illegal businesses.

Spanish ABC reads that violence in clubs across Madrid and the spread of illegal businesses started as early as 1999 when one man was shot to death and others seriously injured after an altercation.

Tens years later, the situation is unchanged except for the fact that the market is now controlled by Bulgarian mobs and not by Iranian ones. The most dangerous mob network is Ivo's gang who had his own guards army.

Owners of various clubs in Madrid were forced to hire their people as guards. The Spanish publication reads that Ivo's network has over 100 members, most of them Bulgarians, Romanians and Ukrainians.
