Two French companies has specialized in recruiting Romanian doctors for rural areas in France, Le Monde reads in its electronic edition, quoted by Mediafax. The European Doctors Search and Accommodation Association and Revitalis receive some thousands of euro from local French city halls to recruit Romanian doctors.

The two companies were created three years ago as a response to the needs of rural areas for doctors. After Romania joined the European Union back in 2007, some 800 doctors moved to France. Very well trained, with a good knowledge of French, Romanians are very attracted to the financial terms. In Romania, a doctor earns 500 euro/month, ten times less than a French doctor.

Dr Radu Moisa, currently in Chabreloche declared that he currently receives 3000 euro/month while in Romania he was offered 300 euro.
