New York: A Romanian who stole money was caught after DNA tests

A Romania who stole money from a restaurant in New York in 2008 was caught after DNA tests, American police officers announced. Jean Voinea, aged 24 stole money from a restaurant in Brookly but he caught himself as he was climbing the window.

Detectives arrested him after DNA tests confirmed his identity. Voinea stole 2,300 dollars.
