23 old Romanian arrested in the US for ATM theft

23 old Romanian Victor Vasile Constantin, who learned English from movies, admitted to have stolen 150,000 dollars from Bank of America ATMs with cloned cards, American newspapers read.

He pleaded guilty to fraud charges and identity theft and gave up his rights to receive a verdict from a federal jury.
