William Blacker is a writer, journalist and permanent guest of Romania. He living in Maramures, North Romania between 1996 and 2004 and wrote Along the Enchanted Way - a thrilling chronicle of life in North Romania, Telegraph reads in an article dedicated to the British writer.
Several years ago, Blacker left to live with the gypsies, in North Romania. At least, this is how his journey turned out, even though he did not want this from the start, perhaps, the newspaper reads. He discovered a world where cars and television just made their way into people's lives.
