Berlusconi said that an agreement between Italy and Albania had positive effects in reducing the number of illegal immigrants in Italy. He said that Italy will make an exception for beautiful girls.
His declarations were criticized by the opposition. Pellegrini said that Berlusconi is an indecent man who does not seem to give up his bad humor even when he talks about the tragedy of some poor people.
