Romania's position regarding negotiations in Transniester should be calm and balanced, Russian President Dmitri Medvedev declared, quoted by Unimedia. He added that if Romania maintains the current stand, people in Transniester will never agree to unity with Moldova.

The negotiations process can be continued after in Moldova a government will be installed, the Russian President informs at a Security Conference held at Munchen. He said that the problem can be dealt with. According to him, all parties need to be open for talks and negotiations.
