A Romanian hacker, calling himself TinKode broke the website of the British Royal Navy for three days now, BBC informs. The hacker figured out the passwords of administrators and users after a SQL injetion type of attack, apparently a preferred way by hackers. The website is suspended and representatives of security companies declared that the event is embarassing for the Royal Navy that made it a priority to defend itself against IT attacks,

TinKode hacked the website on Friday and released the usernames and passwords of website administrators and other confidential information. The hacker said that it will not use the date but that he wanted to prove there are vulnerabilities.

On Monday, the Royal Navy website is still impossible to access. Representatives of the Navy confirmed that the website was hacked. BBC notes, quoting Zone H that the hacker broke 52 websites in the last 12 months, among victimes are Youtube and Reuters.
