According to the quoted source, Slovenia expressed its concerns and dissatisfaction that Bulgaria offered its military police access to the SIS database but according to Georgiev, the problem started because Slovenia did not send representatives to monitor in Bulgaria its progress.

However, Romania did not allow SIS access to its military police and the technical report was approved by European officials. Despite the decision, Georgiev says the report on SIS is very positive. Bulgaria will be visited by three officials from the Committee on Interior Affairs from Bundestag, which is related to the Schengen evaluation.
