Romanian oilman Dinu Patriciu ranked 462nd in the last top of the world's billionaires pt up by Forbes, with an estimated wealth of 2.5 billion dollars, same as TV star Oprah Winfrey and other 40 billionaires. Former tennis glory Ion Tiriac was also included in the top, on the 962nd position, falling from last year's 840th. Ion Tiriac is worth only 1.2 billion dollars.
Dinu Patriciu, a former architect, conducts oil businesses. He recently sold most of his Petromidia operations to a Kazakh company, KazMunai Gaz. Ion Tiriac runs businesses in banking, insurance, leasing, real estate and cars.
