The Dutch press seriously amended on Wednesday Romania's game against Netherlands last night. NRS Handelsblatt reads, quoted by Romanian monitoring agency Rador, that Oranje played fair, like in a training game. Algemeen Dagblad reads that the Dutch players outclassed their Romanian counterparts.
Dutch television stations which broadcast the game live commented that Romania's goals depended too much on Mutu, who failed to take advantage putting an end to Romania's presence at the Euro 2008.
Romania was defeated 0-2 by Netherlands on Tuesday night.
