Meteorologists issued on Sunday a yellow code warning for heavy rain across 21 counties in Romania. The warning is valid starting September 15, 3 am until September 16, 9 am when rain will hit the South West part of the country. Meteorologists announce that weather will remain cold for this part of the year.

In Bucharest, temperatures will drop by 10 degrees below the normal temperatures usually registered in this period. Thus, temperatures will not exceed 16 degrees Celsius.
